Register for the 2nd Annual Music City Freedom 5k in 2025! The Music City Freedom 5k is Nashville’s run or walk to commemorate the Juneteenth Holiday and organized to raise awareness involving issues of health, equity, and social justice with a particular focus in underserved and underrepresented communities.

Upon registration for the MCF5k every entry gets you a custom high-quality shirt, a swag bag of goodies, post-race snacks sponsored by the various Music City Freedom Fest vendors, and a donation to one of the selected non-profits.
